And then where is the output going to reside?
And so it's very similar to I think some of the growing pains, going back to that public cloud example, when we were all trying to understand, hey, how do these security keys get transmitted, whether it's layer two, layer three, and then who has access to it?
So a lot of similarities, but it's more data interaction with third party
um you know gpus that are out there and so that that's all about you know hey how do we help the you know customers understand that where does that that you know sas providers software sit and then you know who can have access to it so they're not training a public model
We've got a lot of focus in key markets.
We're in 18 today, but I would say there's the eight that really stand out when we look at where has the data gravity moved since 2020.
Hillsboro, we've got a lot of capabilities there.
Salt Lake, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta.
Those eight are where we see just a lot of centrifugal force around data gravity.
There's been a lot of movement into net new markets in the South, Louisiana, Mississippi, or up into the Dakotas.
That's just not where we play because, again, you know, that edge type model that we're focused on has some latency sensitive requirements.
We always want to be in kind of that urban edge fringe area.
But, you know, candidly, our footprint, Rich, is just, you know, we have a lot easier time getting power than somebody who's looking for hundreds of megawatts because, you know, 36 megawatt site takes 54 megawatts of utility load with a 1.5 PUE design model.
It's easier for the utilities to service and meet that.
And we don't need the power all at once.
And so, you know, are we always looking at new markets?
Absolutely.
And, you know, the other 10 markets outside the eight I mentioned, you know, we're highly focused on those, but they're more opportunistic.
We've just seen that strong growth because we always want to be, you know, a market leader in enterprise and technology use cases for that multi-tenant customer in our markets.
And that's why we're staying right down that fairway of those markets I just laid out.
