Now for buildings that are sitting exactly where where they go, buildings don't tend to move.

So if Russia or China has some good intelligence that, hey, this is where uh a fleet commander is, or this is where a big logistics node is, or hey, we got a hit from a guy using his Garmin at the base gym, we know this guy's a colonel and we know what building he is likely to be in when he's doing his workout, let we can hit him there.

then that targeting information becomes useful.

However

I don't believe that Russia and China have uh officers that are embedded with the IRGC working with them directly, or even IRGC officers that are in Russia or China uh who are relaying this information.

I think they are more likely just going out on the public internet buying uh the satellite data from China.

Uh you can even get synthetic aperture radar.

From uh from private sources.

And

Oh boy, I don't know if I can.

Uh so instead of a visual picture, you have a radar picture that comes down from a satellite and you can even bounce it inside of things like buildings or hangars to get a picture of what's going on inside that building.

Is that a good way of describing

buy it, mainly because the Iranians are very, very good at what they do intel wise.

And if they had partnered with Russia, then Russia would give them targets that Russia wants to see destroyed.

Not necessarily targets that Iran wants to see destroyed.

So uh late to to put that a different way, uh Russia might see some uh American radar system that it knows we've considered selling to the Ukrainians.
