And so it's – but you can't just come in and do whatever the hell you want.
And, you know, Lane Kiffin learned that.
When Lane Kiffin got the Tennessee job, he committed –
like three or four minor, but three or four recruiting violations like in the first week because he just didn't understand how it worked.
And so you have to sit down and figure out how it works.
You can't just come in and treat it like you're running the Packers or the Patriots or the Browns or whatever because that's not what college football is no matter how everybody wants to put it that way.
No, and you just, again, there's a protocol, right?
I mean, there's a way you do things.
And Chapel Hill is a very proud place, and it always has been.
And, you know, we like to joke.
People like to joke about the guys in the argyle socks and the powder blue jackets.
But those are serious people that have worked really, really hard, and they took a lot of pride in their alma mater.
And the one thing they don't want to be is embarrassed.
And you're willing to put up with that kind of stuff, girlfriends and, you know, dumb statements in press conferences or whatever.
You're willing to put up with that kind of stuff if the end result is,
you got something to be proud about on Saturday, but you have a half empty stadium.
You have a team that won four games and now you're under investigation for something.
And the guy that was running everything is on paid administrative leave.
And now it's, you know, rinse and repeat going into this fall because no one's expecting a lot.
And, you know, the ceiling is probably, hopefully we make it to the, you know, to, to the, to the Duke's Mayo ball.
