It leans on the central bank to keep interest rates low, below the rate of inflation.
So the debt can be inflated away faster than it compounds.

You got to watch those two.
That's the fiscal dominance.
It's the moment the printing press stops serving the economy and starts serving the debt.
And once you're in it, debasement isn't a risk.
It is the plan.
