You go see what everyone else is doing. And that was one reason I brought all these guys with me. I'm like, bro, we got to see what Tommy's doing. How did he build this thing that he's built? And what does it look like?

Even with John, it came from a guy, Michael Francis, who's a big mob guy. And he spoke at one of my events, great Christian dude. And he was like, hey, my friend John Maxwell needs a place to hold his event. I think your office would be great for it. And I was like, okay, like, let's do it. I ain't going to charge him anything. Let's roll. And he's like, great.
