I'm excellent.

How are you?

It's been excellent.

We've had terrific weather up here.

We just got out of rookie camp.

The vets reported on Saturday.

And we're into the day three of training camp.

So excited.

The guys are looking forward to it.

Yeah, right off the hop.

I mean, these guys know that they're working a football team, and in order to come in and crack the lineup or to unseat a veteran, that they're going to have to play extremely well all the time, but it's not just how they play.

It's their attitude.

It's their work ethic.

It's the kind of mental toughness and physical toughness that they have, so

You know, we are very, very transparent in what we're looking for with the players, and they know that.

And it's competitive from getting off the plane.

We are looking for grit, mental toughness, physical toughness, and the ability to play in cold weather.

And so if you guys have seen our seasons in the past couple of years, you know, they seem to have ended in Saskatchewan and Winnipeg.

We came three points short of the Grey Cup this year.

We've got to take that next step.
