He's doing this because he was like a plant in the agency or he was just a disgruntled employee.

I'm not.

I chose the path I took with clear eyes, despite the personal cost to me when I chose it.

And that was a price I was willing to pay.

That was the thing I was willing to do.

Because I genuinely viewed it as the right thing to do it.

I mean, I cannot emphasize this enough.

What's coming down the road from what I saw at that academy is a clear and direct threat to everyone in this country.

Those cadets have every intention of being good law enforcement officers, but they are being set up to fail.

They are being set up to be a danger to the rest of us.

I cannot emphasize enough not only the loss of use of force training and the firearms training, but how critically dangerous it is that we have stripped away the training on the Constitution.

The law is slow.

The courts are a tool for correcting things down the road.

thing that keeps you safe, that keeps me safe, is those police officers buying into that myth of the avatar of justice.

And look, I'm not saying this as some naive Boy Scout, right?

I know exactly how our law enforcement operated in the 60s and 70s.

I know exactly how it operates today, okay?

I'm not saying this because I believe that they're all great, wonderful people.

They are human beings.

with the whole range of character traits and flaws that human beings have.
