So we actually, the Resilience Project, have just had a few women return to work.

In fact, it's happened over the last five to ten years.

It's been a continual thing.

And one of the things that we, Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness, we talk about a lot.

And a big part of what we do is try and come up with new lesson plans to try and teach, get kids practicing empathy in schools.

And the women who come back to the reserve, I mean, women before they have a baby as well, but I mean, if empathy goes through the roof, then our curriculum is going through the roof as well.

Yeah.

Because we have got those women returning who have got like empathy in spades and we're trying to teach it.

And I mean, there's so many things that happen to a woman through matricence that make them a valuable asset.

Yeah.
