I'll be 100% honest here.

As I'm driving into Dunedin and towards this property, I'm feeling like the odds are I'm going to knock on this door and find this to be like so many other dead ends.

He's either gone or it's the wrong person.

But if he is there, then there's always the other possibility, that he simply just tells me to piss off.

Because ultimately, he has no obligation to speak to me.

What are the odds that he is not only there, but that he also wants to speak to me, and will allow me to record the conversation?

I've decided just to head straight there.

I need to grab myself a bite to eat because I haven't eaten today and I'm starving.

But before I do and I head to this house, I'm going to drive past.

and just sort of scope it out and see, see if I see anyone, get a feel for it, and then I'll see if I can find a quick place to, I like to sit down, have a bite to eat, get my notebook out, and come up with a bit of a strategy, bit of a plan in terms of questions, if I ask a certain thing, if he says a certain thing, and then go back.

Now I've kind of, the area I'm going through now, it's sort of a bit of an industrial area through the side of Dunedin.

Never been to this part of Dunedin before.
