I don't see the cancer as this, you know,
terrible enemy that came into my particular life and said oh I'm going to really mess up Roisin Ingle's life and you know she's going to die sooner than she thought she was and I don't personalize it at all like I literally just see it as like cells in your body doing weird things which happens in human beings it's nothing personal like you know that was something I really felt early on also I don't need to know everything about it is another thing some people find that strange because they think you know I should be researching and I
I don't feel like that's going to help me because I'm not a medical person and I can't do anything.
So I can only look after my mental, emotional, physical state.
I do my best I can in that way.
Maybe not totally my best.
I probably can move my body more, do a few more things, but I'm trying my best.
I sleep like for me, I have a nap.
I mean, I was sleeping really well.
People are surprised about how well I sleep, but I wanted to get more sleep.
So I got this app called Better Sleep.
And it's actually really helped me.
And it's like a meditation before.
And that is like brilliant.
Like, and it sort of tells you how much deep sleep you've had and all of that kind of thing.
No, I don't think about it.
And I have whole, I mean, it's, of course it's there, right?
But honestly, I have whole times of the day that I don't think about it.
Because it's not something that, well, especially now, I feel brilliantly, you know.
