And as in not take up all the oxygen in the room. Not be the first one to speak. What if you were the third, fourth or fifth person to speak instead of the first?

To take notes with your own brilliant ideas and see if someone else suggests it first and only bring out the ones that haven't been suggested by others. So it's really to shut up more and sense more as a result. And that's about being present. So we are completely in sync on that, Mick.
