After six months people see you in a speaking event, they see you in other events.

They said, Oh my God, in your podcast, you've helped me a lot in your coaching, you know, in pro bono or when you did

you know, giving back to community your source of help.

Even though that they didn't pay you, but you make a difference, you make a change.

So that's worth to me, it's worth million, especially when I do it when I do it to let's say the student at the university, when I coach a veteran and stand beside them, when they come back after a couple of months telling me the amount of the impact and I change I made in their life, that's worth million.

Yeah, so I'm still in engineering field.

I'm still w working full time as an engineer.

I graduated many, many years ago.

So I I thought that just being an engineer, solving complex, you know, equation and making good money, that's called success.

Until I finished my master degree in two thousand seventeen and I was all pumped up.

I was like, Yay.

Oh, I'm smart, I'm good in math, less less I made a mistake and I decide to pursue my doctoral.

And while I was in my first semester doing my doctoral engineering, I had an opportunity to speak with a group of younger engineers at the same university.

And the head of the woman engineering department called me and she said.

Thank you very much for giving us away that's an hour and a half.

All the girls loved you.

You happen to be a coach.

And I was like, What what do you mean a quote?

She said

Are you a coach?
