Um, so I'm going to do an abbreviated version of my question, but, uh,
My question is, uh, what approach modifications in or maps program would you recommend for someone who wants to put a lot of muscle on and get stronger, but has some nagging injuries that prevent, uh, doing certain lifts like squat from my low back and, uh, bench my front shoulder, um, possibly from CrossFit, um, someone who struggled to put on muscle in the past, but, uh,
I'm pretty sure I wasn't doing anything right.
So, uh, after listening to you guys, um, just a little background and context, uh, I'm 40 years old, six to, uh, 162 pounds currently, um, somewhat active, but, um,
not working out as consistently as I'd like.
Um, I stopped doing CrossFit, uh, probably like eight, nine months ago.
And, um, I was in pretty good shape, but not where I wanted to be.
