So we've now talked about ways that sunlight can affect your heart health.
We've seen some evidence that it might affect all cause mortality, so it might just make you healthier in general.
But we still haven't really talked about the theory that I would have had coming into this conversation about what sunlight is doing for you that's good, which is vitamin D, which I've heard so much about.
Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin, being in the sun gives you vitamin D. I've seen and taken vitamin D supplements, which I did learn is not actually a vitamin.
