I do think, you know, we've acknowledged that here and there, but it's like, let's be a little bit more cringe, like let's embarrass ourselves a little bit more and let's put ourselves out there because if you don't make a mistake, you never really learn any life lessons along the way either.
Exactly.
This is the philosophy I'm stealing, is basically turning it into like a mistake journal.
And it's not to be like, boo, you dumb, fuck.
You ruin everything.
You woo, and no, I'm not allowed to see it.
And I think that's really, really important in going into this exercise is don't do it if you're sad, don't do it if you're tired, don't do it when you when you're in a bad mood.
Like it's more about
personal like reflection and being like, okay, what didn't necessarily go right this week and why did that happen?
And how can I improve on it in the future?
It's not going to be perfect in the future either.
Like you might try it again and then there's a different type of thing that didn't go right.
And then you learn from that.
So the mistake journal is basically your place to record errors, work out their causes, and convert them into lessons to avoid you repeating the same mistakes in the future.
And really again, making mistakes is not a bad thing.
It's important to try new things and
you know, realize that you're not always going to succeed.
Yeah.
Like there are so many things that we've tried, even in this business, that have been flop Tina boots.
