But I do think we're sitting on the cusp and the tide is turning for Adelaide in particular, that we could start seeing drops in Adelaide in the months ahead.
Certainly, NAB's latest economic forecast shows that Adelaide is set to rise 9%.

So that actually suggests that it's going to fall 2.6% in the remainder of this year.

Yes, it was interesting to see how well the independents did, particularly in urban areas such as Sydney.
You've got Warringah, you've got McKellar, Wentworth, they all look like they've fallen to the independents, which was really a vote against the establishment.
Well, there was a lot of messages coming out from the coalition talking about what an independent vote would look like, what it would mean.
And that meant that they were worried, to be honest.
They did say, you know, an independent vote could end up being a vote for Labor and things like that.
So I do think that they were looking out for it.
But I don't think, as you say, they thought it was going to be as comprehensive as it now looks like it will be.
Obviously, the votes are still being counted.
