I mean, I like to tell people that I might have got those scars somewhere else, but...
saving a baby from a crocodile yeah something like that but yeah that's the uh you know it's pretty wild in my younger days obviously much more calm down now you're a family man well now i if i go out i just drink light beer you know so i can so i can that's what i did anzac day because yeah you would know you can't really get uh especially being in a bit of the public eye these days a lot of people want to come after me a lot of people want to destroy me so i just go and drink like a lot light beer and stay relatively sober for days like that
Dormant, patriotic Australians are waking up.
It was great because I was up in Queensland with a few mates, Canine Steve.
Oh, good man.
Yeah, yeah, one of my best mates.
I spent the day with him.
And it's very, very nice to just, again, just have so many people come up to me from the younger generation, especially young men, just lining up to say g'day.
And it's awesome.
I love when that happens.
And they had massive support, more support than I've ever seen.
But I've only ever really had Anzac Day in Adelaide, a bit different here in Adelaide.
I tell you what, mate.
I've had a few of those moments over the past, you know, where I thought everything's doom and gloom.
And there's been a few moments over the past.
I've had a bad day today, but I'll rebound.
But a few moments over the past couple of months where I'm like, we've got hope here.
And one of the points of hope was the support for Ben, the support for our veterans.
And...
every single time someone comes up to me in public just thanking me for it and it happens a lot now but like there's just and it's happening more and more and more it's happening for more demographics of people like I'm even sometimes having and I talk up a lot against immigration I'm big on immigration but I'm getting mass immigration or immigration immigration
