When you're beating yourself up, some people can't even get on the stage because they're so nervous or anxious or whatever.

be better on stage is obviously practice but you need to practice enough it's so hard to practice live though it's like you have to tour it's like two three weeks in a tour you're like okay I'm in do you know what's disheartening when you're like you know there's a part of your playing that you are struggling with so you practice it for like a year and then you still go on stage and have this problem yeah it's a mental thing it's 100% a mental thing and that's where you want to immediately all that tension from the year of work comes up and you want to be like
