What do they do in 2026?
I mean, in my business, this has been a really hard quarter four.
Speaking from a
organizations usually are pretty tight with budgets they understand what they're going to do going into the next year i i think this was again it's there's a lot of uncertainty around where to invest and what if any to invest q4 has been tough
Q4 has been tough two ways, and I'm hearing the same thing from companies that we talk to.
One, everything affects the next thing.
And when individuals feel a pinch,
and they have to take on more debt or they have to extend payments.
It's the same thing with businesses, businesses today.
And a lot of businesses having a lot of, a lot of difficulty with collections and, and, uh, forecasting the payments that they're owed or revenue supposed to come in.
So, you know, Q4 that we've seen collections, a big challenge in a lot of businesses, they're stringing things out farther, which again has a domino effect on the economy.
Uh,
And the other you know, the other side of it is you're seeing we're seeing companies just not so certain about their 2026 budget.
I had three conversations, Don, last week with companies who terminated their entire training and development teams.
Wow.
Oh, you know, why are they doing that?
You have to ask.
and again we can make we could all probably have a a point in this one is they're reducing staff so they don't need as many people around the table or they they think they don't which doesn't make sense you reduce your staff you probably need more people supporting the people that are in those roles but we're seeing staff reductions around talent development and um so big big like warning flashing signs for us oh wow okay tim you had a question
Yeah, it's a good question.
I think that, you know, you're going to see, you know, traditionally when the holidays occur and people are taking on more debt in order to make it through, you start to see this pinch happen, you know, end Q1, early Q2.
