However, I do remain hopeful.
And I remain hopeful because when I go out into the community and again, at one huddle at my company, we turn employee training into games.
So we do a lot of work with bartenders and servers and retail workers and healthcare workers and out of work workers.
I was just at an event last week with a reentry program that uses our platform to help people that have just returned to transition back into work effectively and smoothly.
And when you talk to again, talking to workers on the front line, I think that there is a there is a a boldness, a courage that's under that that's that's there.
And I think that that's why I constantly tell people, you know, speak up, be loud, tell your brand what you think.
Talk to your companies, talk to your talk to your talk to your person, to your left, to your right, like, you know,
you know, push those around you, help the person next to you.
And that's what we can do.
That's what we can control.
I started my career in sports, Don.
I don't know if I shared that before.
And I always used to tell our players like control what you can control in the space you're in and, you know, keep everybody on the team, like at the core.
And I think that's, that is what we can do right now.
Like we can focus on our, on getting, making sure that we're doing what we're doing.
We're helping those around us.
And if we do that, uh,
you know, the next day can be better than the last.
