And there's also the phenomenon we talked about before, whereby in the old days, companies were coming to market saying, we really need some capital, please.

And the quid pro quo was they offered their stock at a discounted valuation.

That is definitely not the case here.

So history would tell you there's a lot of risk factors coalescing.

Now, that's not to say these are not amazing companies, but beware, as I said, the cynic would say,

we are being used as the exit for all of these new, you know, deca and hundred millionaires that have been created so they can give us, sorry, they can have a liquidity event and sell their shares to us.
