Part of my view now is because he's humble and he's wanting to be better and he wants to keep to learn and grow, that's a great person to lead a footy club, especially Carlton in terms of some of the chaos that surrounds the club at times.

I think he'd be a great calming presence across the club.

And ultimately, the other names that are in there, I think, are really well credentialed as well.

I think it's kind of seems like it's down to three from what I'm listening to about everyone that knows more than I do in terms of sort of Jamie Graham, Corey Enright, and if Fraze puts his hand up, I think any would be a great choice.

And I think what he's been able to do with the group, and I study them probably more than most, some of the changes he's made in the game in terms of the way they play and the

keeping the ball out of long down the line contests and trying to play a bit more kick mark.

I think they took nearly 150 marks on the weekend.

They just play a game that is more suited to their list that they have at the moment.

And it's funny how some subtle shifts in some certain parts of the game can have such a big influence.

They're still...

they still have the sort of, I don't know, the stamp of what Vossi was as a coach in terms of that contest brilliance and their ability to be able to defend.

But it's just been a sharpen up in, in some other aspects of the game in terms of the transition and work out the back line.

And then ultimately their pressure, their pressure from the start of the year to what it is now is just drastically different.

So it's props on Frase for pulling the right levers because you can see sometimes in season, you can try and pull a lever and it doesn't actually make that big of a difference.

He's been able to pull the right ones.

That's made a big shift in terms of the win-loss cold.
