Instead of storing energy in solid cells, it uses liquid electrolyte. matched

It's like a huge vat of liquid electrolyte. matched

Vanadium ions are dissolved in tanks and pumped through a stack. matched

And that design gives you some real advantages, actually. matched

It's far less flammable than lithium ion, so the fire risk is lower. matched

Not that fire risks are very high for lithium ion phosphate anyway. matched
