Particularly, look at all the parts in an engine that can go wrong.

I mean, the average person who owns an internal combustion car, if things go wrong at 230,000 kilometers, they expect it.

They're not thinking, oh, I've got to complain about this.

It's happened to me many times at that point.

But LFP batteries and NMSE batteries are actually fundamentally much safer than an internal combustion car, even when it comes to fires, which are far less likely in an EV than an internal combustion vehicle.

Now, the other thing to point out, though, is when an industry compresses five years of validation into 18 months to win a price war, which is what might have happened, physics eventually sends the bill.
