When the world's biggest EV advocate, who has a company that makes mega pack batteries,

and is building America's largest solar factory, when he's personally spending a billion US dollars on mobile turbines because the grid can't keep up, that's the cleanest signal yet that energy infrastructure is the new gold rush.

Looking where to park your money?

Park it in energy.

Not though in this, don't invest in this.

Musk has got enough money to lose.

He's worth a trillion dollars.

So if he loses a billion, it doesn't matter.

The companies that can deliver power fast, I'm talking about not turbines, but batteries and solar, they're the ones that are gonna win the next decade.

Musk made sure he owns one of them.

And obviously he's doing this because it's some sort of urgent need.

I don't see this as the future at all.

I think all of these assets are going to be worthless in 10 years.

But the point is, I guess he thinks he can probably make that money back more than a few times over within that 10 year period.

But I still find this bizarre considering the cost of batteries and solar.

I'm guessing, I guess they need the land for the solar and that takes a little while to deploy.

Maybe the batteries, maybe there's some other bottleneck as well that I'm not seeing.
