But people are scared of the speed with which China has evolved.

I know that in bio perhaps there's some more catching up to do, but if you look at some of the analysis people do in the materials, engineering, I mean, China leads.

It's not a question of how much longer do they have before they catch up.

It's others that have to catch up.

So we shouldn't punish hard work, right?
