In which case, actually, John, there's a load of people you've spoken to.
We keep referencing over 200.
I think me and you were talking earlier, which is probably closer to 230-odd episodes.
So a great variety of people.
Is there a particular conversation, this is obviously going to put you on the spot, or a guest that really made you change how you thought about the energy transition?
Anyone that really sticks out for you or any kind of tidbits?
Yeah, brilliant.
Take that customer perspective first rather than the solution first, right?
You're trying to figure out what the customer needs.
not but they're encouraging signs when you look at how many ev drivers are using smart tariffs and charging flexibly i think that's probably the topic area where i found it most fascinating where there's still most to do yeah i was taken by a piece of research by rcp delta recently looking at the kind of the customer framework and around i think they've phrased it as the free m's have customers got the means to engage in the energy transition and
have they got the momentum so maybe they bought one energy transition asset but how can they get a second or a third or a fourth and then the other one being the motivation what's the kind of level of desire for people to engage with the transition and that framework means motivation momentum kind of just made me really reflect on I remember starting in talking around the energy transition and you just think of
we're not standing for two students, we're kind of one cohort of customers, right?
Yeah, everybody's going to want to be engaged and everyone's going to want to do this and have an app and decide whether or not they're going to charge their EV at whatever time.
And then as things have progressed and grown up a little bit, we've now got these sets of customers based around those in LCP Delta language, those 3Ms.
And there are going to be different people along that chain.
Some people are going to have the desire to engage in the bits and pieces, but might not have the means to do.
Others might well have the means to do, but actually aren't that interested.
And they're all going to need slightly different solutions and different propositions.
And probably many of the people that you've spoken to around developing those, they're probably maybe targeting one, two, three, four, five of those cohorts.
But actually, there are going to need to be a vast number of solutions and options for customers.
