But I think that there are two fundamental elements here.
One is obviously the issue of drum career itself.

I think the more significant aspect of this and the thing which is going to do much more political damage for much longer is about the aspect of this in relation to respecting an outcome of the highest court in Northern Ireland.

This time for reasons which I don't understand and people can quite legitimately say, why did it go the other way this time?
But it did go the other way.
That was challenged in court.
Initially, there was this interim injunction to delay things until the court could look at it properly.
The Court of Appeal looked at that late on Saturday night, sat into the evening, said that was legally improper.
