Like it's rare.

It's very rare.

Like, you know, I used to at the beginning have smoking dreams, and I think in the last two decades I've had one.

So, like, yeah, for me, it was very much sort of that weaning process and then not having.

Having that whatever that AA thing is where you have days, you know, wherever you're tracking the progress, like that to me was as detrimental as like just putting it in your hand.

So yeah, I think that was pretty much my process and what made it work for me.

I mean, it definitely was because that was where all of my friends hung out, right?
