Yeah, when I'm on tour, you have to, like, the rich foods stop on the days you're singing.

My loads of cheese isn't great.

And like tomato-based dishes.

Anything, absolutely.

But there's hacks.

I'd make alkaline juices and then take before I'd sing and it can calm the system down.

I mean, a life without cheese, for me, is just not worth it.

I take the risk sometimes.

I'm just like, yeah.

My partner is allergic to nuts.

And he's 30 years old and he's been allergic to nuts his whole life.

And the other day he went and took almonds to the surgery.

And to see if he was actually allergic to almonds because he had doubts that he was allergic to almonds.

He had to try an almond in front of the doctor.

And he's not allergic to almonds.

Which is amazing because I love peanut butter.

And I've had to give it all up in the house.
