The three biggest of those by assets under management are the Vanguard real estate ETF.

There are a number of easier ways that people can get some real estate exposure in their portfolio than doing these private deals.
Thinking of what you just brought up there, when I was kind of reading about the the bad press that some of these online platforms like Yield Street and Realty Mogul have gotten over the years, part of it is that some of these platforms advertise pretty aggressively.
I think that that's kind of something that has become part of the equation over the last few years, is you know, it's alluring to like think about.
investing in these big projects like a one percenter and y that's that's something that these companies marketing often touches on.
But it's a whole lot of risks and it can just really be a pain to keep track of this sort of thing, even if the project goes well.
