Does he not think that he has a squad to compete in Europe and in Serie A at the same time?
Because obviously, he still hopes to get them in the Champions League, right?
They're one point behind, one point out of third place, right?
So...
I'm not saying he planned the defeat, but he said, let me chuck some of my reserves in, see what happens.
And we also have to point out, big shout out to somebody named Antonio Arena, who is Australian of Italian descent, 16 years young, coming off the bench, scoring a header.
And if you watch the highlight on YouTube, you know, normally when you get the 16 year olds out there, okay, either they're sort of,
freakish man-child giants.
And so when they score headers, you kind of expect it, like a young Erling Haaland.
This guy's not that.
Most of the time when they score, it's like, you know, the little quick guy runs away into space and scores.
No, no, no.
This guy is not a giant, but the authority with which he took that header, that bodes well.
I have no idea if we'll see him again because, of course, sticking with Roma, they brought in another striker.
Daniel Malin on his way.
Thomas Frank feels the same way.
Okay, remember, this is when you wonder about, you know, what they used to call joined up thinking here.
Oh, yeah.
Because obviously Roma were heavily linked with Joshua Xerxes, who, when you were describing Mahlon there, I was thinking to myself, hmm, who's the opposite of that?
Oh, look, it's Joshua Xerxes, right?
