Hello and welcome to the Growth Mindset Podcast, where we like to look into the science of self-improvement and the philosophy of a life well-lived.
One thing we've spoken about before is the concept of thinking in primitives.
It's an idea from Mr Jeff Bezos himself, who in 2002 told every team at Amazon to break their tools down into the smallest reusable building blocks or get fired.
It was a simple idea in request that allowed Amazon to build such a powerful set of tools that they sold to the most complex businesses on the planet.
And this idea of thinking in primitives is something that I found so interesting.
I have made an entire episode about the topic and how it comes up in our lives and can change the way that we think about our work and success.
