was like just crack and catnip.
As a Star Wars fan, I thought it was incredible.
But the part that was the best about it, I think undeniably, was that, you know, you see that moment Maul's like, no, no, no, no.
Daki is like, that's, bro, that's a Sith Lord.
Like...
to have these two characters who have such shared history and such an impact on each other's lives and the course of their lives, actually an inch away from each other's faces and then making decisions that will impact not only their own circumstances, but the wider galactic history was incredible.
So like Maul, you know, Maul getting, you've been like tracking his injuries and the physical limitations throughout the season.
And like Vader just comes in right away and knows where to hit him, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think if he just comes in and is, like, saying something very directly, first of all, it robs us of getting to watch Maul try to puzzle this out in real time.
And so much of this is about their respective connections, not only to the Force, but to the idea of their role in...
somebody's plan, their own plan.
And so I think if Vader is just, like, talking, it's a little less interesting because it makes him less of an opaque presence, not for us, but for Maul, who's trying to figure it out.
So I thought that was just a great choice.
I really agree.
half a second to be like and then Vader just like comes that was scary actually Kool-Aid man bursting through the wall like hand first very good yeah it was awesome and their contrast and styles and circumstances it was all just really really riveting and fun to watch I think also it kind of fit the silence fits with this larger presence of like what information do people have and when because also that's true for Devin right like we have this you know the strange alliances right and
And that was kind of fascinating, too, to watch.
