So Friday, I am actually going to look at a location right now.

I'm traveling around to homes, which I think is a great way to start.

I've enjoyed starting that way.

But due to the demand and in an effort to meet that, I want to get a brick and mortar so that I can see more people and cut down on that.

And cutting down on that drive time is one way to make that happen.

I'm also hoping to hire either at least one other SLP or an SLPA, and I want them to feel supported.

I want to also still feel like I have a presence there.

But driving around, at least for me, and having people under me driving around, given how far I do drive, felt a little bit difficult.

I did interview people a couple months ago.

And when I was interviewing them, I realized I really need that brick and mortar.

So again, kind of move it in another direction.

So that's what I'm hoping to do.

Get a brick and mortar.

And hire at least one other SLP or SLPA under me so we could really meet the demand that is out there and help the kids who need help.

This has been so nice to really reflect on it and I'm just so glad I took that first step.

This is really one of the first times I'm sitting down and really remembering myself in that moment when I signed up for it.

And I'm so glad that I kept moving forward.

This is such a positive thing for me.
