I mean, I even remember in the early days, for some reason, I deleted my NPI number, which for anyone listening who doesn't know, it's a national provider number.

It's basically your social security number for being a provider.

Why did I delete it?

I don't even remember what my reasoning was, but you know what?

I got it back.

But if I sat there and thought, oh, I deleted this number.

I'm so stupid.

I'm so this, then I would still be not doing this.

And I just, you know, I just spent the time I got it and I haven't done it since.

Never re-deleted my NPI number.

I mean, even this week, I've been talking to an insurance company because there was a change in billing.

And I just start off with all my calls.

I've made a mistake yet again.

The person on the other end of the line, they don't say that's terrible.

They said, you're one of many.

We're getting a lot of calls like this.
