And then you can tell people I provide great work.

I do this really, really well.

So I was moving forward with that.

And before I knew it, I really had to make the plunge to go full time.

So I was part of the second program in the private practice journey.

And I think now we call it GROW.

So I had that support system there and I made the choice because I thought we talked in those programs a lot about like benchmarks, right?

So we talk about what do you want this week?

What do you want next month?

And we, at the time we're meeting every quarter and people were talking about what they're achieving.

And I was thinking, what do I want in the next quarter?

What do I want in the next year?

I want to own my private practice.

And I want that to be my only job.

And the only way I could really get there was to take the plunge.

And then once I did, that's when things really started rolling.

Because you have the time and people start to hear about you having the time.

And they come in.

And very quickly...

I realized that it was more secure than that other job that I was holding on to.
