Even my mother went to the home games.

I never went to the home game.

And as I say, my dad travelled to quite a few of the away games when there was a lift going in the car.

There used to be, you know, you think of Brand starting off in midfield and he finishes up.

When Jim breaks his leg, he goes back to centre-half.

And Jack Bailey and myself played in there.

And then Lou McCurry, who was a striker, came away and went back into midfield.

Yeah, I remember that.

And I went back, as I say, and I played inside there with Ray McCarty for a number of years in midfield.

So all those players on that team there were all flexible.

They could all play different positions.

And it was a dream, absolute dream to play with those players.
