I think the link there was obviously Tommy Duck at Hull, working under Terry Neal.
Tommy Cabana was at Hull as well.
So they knew this player inside out.
And when Pancho came down...
I looked at the build of him because in his time before football, he used to be climbing telegraph poles and stuff like that, you know, and doing that as a job.
And upper body strength was absolutely unbelievable.
And first day in training, I looked at him and thought, he looks a bit handy, you know, he looks a bit strong, but his touch...
and his awareness and goal scoring at that time was absolutely superb at that stage when he came to Manchester United.
It's just what we needed.
He could link up midfield.
It was great for me.
I used to play alongside him at times before the Ducks started changing the team around a little bit.
And we had a great understanding.
I loved playing with Pancho.
And as I say, he took a lot of stick off defenders, but he could handle himself as well.
And I think it was a great bye.
