I think it's just all about trying to, um, trust the people that you're with.
And obviously for me, I feel like we do a lot of work just trying to figure out what the best plan is.
And if that plan does go, um,
south and it doesn't work then then how can you react from that and trying to do the best in the situation you have and i think getting worked up and frustrated is never going to be the solution on the radio or or trying to figure it out and and just try to do it and take it as it comes and i feel like i've been able to learn from that and grow last couple years because i at some point was probably that kid on the radio that was frustrated and
mad every five seconds but yeah I've got a great group around me and that's the time like right now in the off season just trying to build trust in each other and communication and trying to figure out where we need to do work on things and trying to be positive and work on those for the season coming up.
Yeah, I mean, it's certainly easy to point fingers, but I think in our sport it's a win as a team kind of sport, and certainly it's a trust sport as well.
I mean, there's so many people on my team that work on my race car that put it together that I don't know how to build a race car and put it together.
I mean, I know the 101.
How'd you do that?
Correct.
I know the 101 on some stuff, but I wouldn't be able to put a motor in a car or do a lot of the day-to-day stuff on a car.
I think that's where I try to treat my guys really well and help them understand I really appreciate what they do.
When we get to the track, if someone has a mistake,
more bring them up and then put them down because I think it's just trying to, for me, be a better leader and try to help my team grow and me as well.
