It was so hard because you're by yourself, and it's just hard.

No.
We were all kind of on different agendas.
Like a couple of them.
A lot of them, they're doing... One of them just did the Hawaii Marathon last week.
And then all three of them are doing the Disney Marathon.
They do like the four days.
It's a 5K marathon.
10k half marathon and a full marathon all in four days and so they're doing that in a couple days actually after christmas so uh everyone was kind of on different agendas but yeah i was um i was shooting the first 17 miles i ran it at 8 20 pace so that would have put me right around 3 45 and then yeah the last five to six miles i started to cramp up and yeah it hit me pretty hard so
It was, uh, I had nothing left at the end.
Like it was, I was, there was no kick drain till I can't three days after I could barely walk.
How long is the recovery?
Yeah, so it was definitely mentally one of the hardest things I've ever done, and I think it was great just to kind of do, and I'm going to continue to try to find another one to do and continue to train.
But yeah, I love working out.
I love weightlifting, cycling, running.
You could probably get Bergen to pace him.
