So I think it will eventually take over our operations and we will just be kind of managing the AI.

Consumer facing it it's talking to guests, that's dealing with all that twenty-four hour support that giving property managers a bit of time back.
But AI in the operational side of things under the hood is going to alleviate so much work for the managers and then allow them to scale without having to increase headcount.
Low head town, everything will be really nice and light.
Um and I think that's the way it will move forward.
We're already seeing that in the hotel space.

Um and so we're seeing faster adoption of tech in the short term rental space.

like this, listening to podcasts like this, uh also looking at where your bottlenecks are in your current operations and then doing some research around trying to solve that problem.
