But yeah, can you talk about how that the grief following the loss of your daughter differed to the grief you experienced after Christchurch?

And you give some really practical kind of exercises in the book for people to start to answer this question for themselves.

One is to sort of map out a timeline of your losses and the big changes you've had in your life and how you coped with those moments to kind of, I guess, give you a sense of how you've done this before.

Can you talk about how you go about answering this first very big question?
