You know, you sort of explained why you included such a broad range of losses.
But what do you think about this kind of hierarchy of grief that people can sometimes assume in their head?
That's a good message.
And then finally, how are you these days and how is your family these days, this many years after the loss of Abby?
Yeah.
That's beautiful.
That's really lovely to know that, you know, you can be resilient, you can learn to live with the loss and life can be good.
That is resilience researcher Dr. Lucy Hone.
Lucy is an adjunct senior fellow at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and co-director of the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience.
She's also the author of the book, How Will I Ever Get Through This?
A Practical Guide to Navigating Life's Toughest Times.
That is it for All in the Mind this week.
Thanks to producer Rose Kerr, senior producer James Bullen, and sound engineer Roy Huberman.
I'm Sana Khadar, and a quick favour to ask before I go.
If you like what you've been hearing, would you consider leaving us a review on whatever platform you use to get your podcasts?
It really helps with searchability and finding new audiences for the show, and it's also really lovely to hear what you think.
And if you have any feedback you want to write to us, you can also get in touch on allinthemind at abc.net.au.
All right, that's it for this week.
I will catch you next time.
