Um, and then eventually it turned into, um, the social media person from the Emmys came up to me and was like, variety made an article on you and like, you're going viral.

And it was, it was pretty crazy.

Well, I think that, um, I think it's a responsibility of the journalists to, um, be able to receive that kind of, um, be able to receive money from, from an organization and still be able to, um, say things that, um,

might go against the entrance of said corporation.

I'm sure you receive sponsorships.

I think you should be able to receive sponsorship and still be able to say something when the companies that are sponsoring you do something that you don't agree with.

And so I think that is a responsibility of the journalist.

in in journalism um i don't think the people have forgotten i think that the people that work in journalism um i think generally the people that are producing the work that are on the ground reporting i think i think they know but they a lot of them don't want to say the quiet part out loud um and then obviously the corporate elites they know exactly what's going on they know exactly um the direction they want to take things in

Honestly, I'm not totally sure.

I think it all started in the 80s, honestly, when we started getting rid of protection for the press.

Yeah, but I wasn't alive.
