The power is with the players to such an extent where someone like a Nicholas Pouran, West Indies could not ever decline him playing.
If he played no bilateral service this year, but said, look, I'll come to the T20 World Cup, West Indies will have to pick him.
Just because of who he is, his experience in India, his talent, and just an acknowledgement that franchise cricket is so lucrative and attractive to players.
