But it does seem a bit of a contradiction when, you know, our own territories are saying they're struggling with funding and we haven't got the development issues to try and branch out into the region.
But like you said, it could be funded by the ICC and have some obligation, I'm sure.
We'll have someone watching this who can probably give us a more informed sort of insight into if there are any more details financially about this arrangement.
But it's a strange one.
Second part of the question, Mash, completely goes off tangent to the first part.
But when are you getting your own show on TalkSport?
Mash, so this is a question we get, not specifically TalkSport, but in terms of wider mainstream sort of platforms.
Obviously, you feature on TalkSport quite a bit with Steve Harmison and Neil Manfort whenever West Indies are doing a tour.
Go on, give us your shot.
When are we getting our own show on TalkSport, Mash?
When are we taking CCP to the Masters?
Yeah, I completely agree, obviously.
Some people might disagree, but I think most people listening to this, there's a reason why you're listening to CCP and why CCP is known sort of around, in terms of cricket news around the globe, as the go-to for reliable information and analysis and takes.
I think on a wider level, Mash, I just think, not specifically just talk sport, I think generally,
most platforms don't have the time or they don't want to spend resources on covering West Indies cricket right so there's not really there's probably not a desire from their audience or they think there's not a desire from the audience to kind of have a regular West Indies content I mean if something big happens like a pool round retires or we get knocked out of the World Cup early one of us tends to get a call from a big platform can you come on but other than that there's not really a consistent sort of
demand or sort of for West Indies news.
And I'd argue since Tony Cozier died, he used to have a weekly column for ESPN.
There's been a massive void in terms of consistent, the ins and outs, because when there is something like a Nicholas Pearl and retiring, everyone's news channels are quick to jump on it, podcasts.
But then without that sort of layer underneath where someone's regularly looking at West Indies content,
you're not looking at reasons why Nicholas Perrine's retired or why X and X has happened because nothing's happening.
