Test cricket can do what other things can't for the region.
Obviously, it's a question we're moving parts because
We know inevitably in the next two years, there'll be a two-tier system.
We don't know whether there'll be promotion or relegation.
But me and you have both said, Mash, and we've both been cast out, it will benefit West Indies cricket to be in the tier two of whatever system they devise, as long as there's promotion and relegation.
Because really and truly, we're not learning anything by taking licks against Australia, 27-0.
We're not learning anything.
If we had to play a hard-fought five-day game against Zimbabwe or against Ireland...
and we had to really battle and we got victories and it boosted our morale and stuff.
Longer term, that's beneficial for West Indies cricket rather than just constantly taking licks against Australia, India, South Africa.
So I think in some ways, the two-tier system could reinvigorate our test cricket, but it depends on the details of that.

How often can you get promoted?
And those type of things.

If it's only one spot that gets promoted.
