SO THE PROJECTS THAT ARE LISTED SHOULD THEY ALSO HAVE YEAR 2 TO 5 THAT ARE BLANK CURRENTLY?

But it's fair to assume the

items like the resurfacing of courts and the sound recognition is a one-off spend, I would think.
