Yes, the last one that I had on this was I think we should recommend that council hear the item and that would involve a recommendation in person from either the Planning Commission or the subset that is appointed for it.

yeah through the chair i would through the chair i would recommend we take this to council as early as possible if you look at the oversized vehicle parking i think we acted on it in april we iterated multiple times and eventually consulted a totally different version of it so i would just recommend this goes to council and let it you know move through the places if it can

I would also suggest we do have a few large efforts going on, objective design standards and the housing element cyclists.

So I know it's unlikely to make it before that, but at least let's see if some low-hanging fruit might be adopted by council.

yeah but going back to the question for staff can staff talk about whether the major projects page is what is the

timeline when the major projects page gets updated with the new project, because I believe there has been some movement on a 19 townhome development at Fort Hill and Stevens Creek at the northeast corner.

And I don't recall seeing that on the major project page or on the staff report.
